About Our Electrolux Repair Service
A repair desk built around one brand
Our work is narrow on purpose. We take on Electrolux appliances for households in San Francisco and around the bay, and nothing else crosses the bench. A single brand means the same families of problems come up again and again: a dryer vent that has quietly clogged inside a stacked closet, a washer door latch that stops releasing, an induction zone that no longer recognizes a pan. Seeing the pattern is what turns a long diagnosis into a short one.
What we work on
The lineup spans refrigeration, laundry and cooking. Refrigerators include French-door units and built-in column and drawer refrigeration from the ICON line. Laundry covers front-load and top-load washers, electric and gas dryers and laundry towers. The kitchen side takes in dishwashers, induction and dual-fuel ranges, single and combination wall ovens, induction and gas cooktops, and built-in microwaves in drawer and side-swing styles. Each has its own service page, starting from our services overview.
The way we handle a job
Three commitments shape every visit, and we keep to them in plain terms.
- We diagnose before we repair. A symptom such as warm food or a wet floor can come from several faults, so the cause is confirmed first.
- You get a written estimate. It names the fault and the proposed repair so you can read it at your own pace.
- Nothing is repaired without your approval. If you decide against the work, the conversation ends there.
Who we help
Homeowners in row houses and suburban streets, tenants who need a landlord looped in, condo owners working around building rules, and property managers with a small portfolio of kitchens and laundry rooms. Each group has different constraints. A tenant may need a written explanation to forward. A condo owner may have a limited window for noisy work or elevator use. We write things down so the next person in the chain knows what was found.
Honest about what we do not know
Many repairs hinge on the exact model, and a family of model numbers can include several versions. We ask for the label details early and say so when a part or setup depends on a letter at the end of the number. Our model pages describe what we know about specific units, and the error code pages describe only meanings we have confirmed.
Where to start
If something is wrong right now, the common problems page may point you to the right guide, and the contact page explains how to request a visit. For general questions about timing, estimates and what we need from you, see the FAQ.
