Requesting a visit
Use the request form here to tell us which Electrolux appliance needs attention. We read each request, reply with a few follow-up questions if something is unclear, and then agree on a visit time with you. The form is the quickest route because it puts the appliance details in front of us before anyone picks up a toolbox.
Hours
We take requests and book visits Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Requests that arrive outside those hours are answered when the desk reopens.
What to have ready
- The appliance type. Refrigerator, washer, gas dryer, induction cooktop and so on. If it is a stacked laundry tower, say so.
- The model number. It is usually on a label by the door frame, inside the door opening, along a drawer or door edge, or on the oven frame. A photo of the label is enough.
- The symptom in your own words. When it began, what it does and whether anything changed beforehand, such as a power outage, a move or a new filter.
- Any code on the display. Write it down exactly. Our error code library may already explain it.
- Fuel type for dryers and ranges. Gas or electric changes what we bring and what we check.
- Access details. Floor, elevator, gate or door code, parking, and whether the appliance sits in a closet or behind cabinet panels.
Checks that are safe to do first
Before you write, a few outside checks sometimes solve the problem or sharpen the description. Confirm that the appliance has power, that the breaker or a GFCI outlet has not tripped, that a gas valve is open on a gas model and that the water supply valve is open on a washer or dishwasher. Check that the door or latch closes cleanly, wipe the gasket, clean a lint or water filter you can reach, and clear any grille, vent or drain screen that is visibly blocked. One controlled power reset is fine. Do not open panels, test live wiring, touch gas fittings or work on sealed refrigeration parts.
When not to wait for a visit
If you smell gas, leave the home, avoid light switches and phones inside, and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. If you notice a burning smell or sparks, switch the appliance off at the breaker and request service only once it is off. Stop using an appliance that is leaking onto a floor shared with neighbors below.
Our service area
We work in San Francisco and across the Bay Area. The locations page lists the areas by county. If you are not sure whether your address is covered, send the request anyway and mention the neighborhood or city.
What happens after you send it
We confirm the visit, the technician diagnoses the fault, and you receive a written estimate. Nothing is repaired until you agree. More answers, including how model numbers work, are on the FAQ page.

Answers before you ask
A few common questions before service.
You submit a request with your appliance model and symptom, we confirm an appointment window, and a technician performs an on-site diagnosis. You then receive a clear estimate and decide whether to proceed before any repair begins.
Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
Service areas are listed on the Locations page. Contact us with your ZIP code to confirm current coverage for your address.
