Electrolux Washer E11 Error Code

VERIFIED

Error code E11
Appliance Washer

When the display shows E11, an Electrolux front-load washer is telling you that filling took too long during the wash phase of the cycle, so water is not coming in as it should.

Do not unplug it right away

The washer may stay locked for as long as 6 minutes after E11. Cutting the power and restoring it begins that 6-minute lock again, so leave the cord in place and let the lockout finish.

Checks for the owner

  • Hot supply on the hot inlet, cold supply on the cold inlet. Swapped lines are a known installation issue.
  • Household water supply in line with the Use and Care Guide requirements.
  • For a washer put in or moved lately, have the installer confirm the installation.

When E11 does not go away

A unit installed in the last 30 days should go back to the installer. Beyond 30 days, get in touch with service.

Washer codes to compare

  • E13 is a water leak in the tub or in the pressure sensor.
  • E21 means water is not pumping out fast enough, the reverse of a slow fill.
  • E35 is the pressure sensor showing an overfill.

Washer repair in San Francisco and the Bay Area

San Francisco households can arrange Electrolux washer repair by phoning (415) 449-0036. Give the E11 code and the model number, and say whether you have already looked at the inlet hoses.

Model compatibility: Electrolux reuses codes across series and model years, so E11 may mean something different on another appliance or generation. Confirm this against your model’s documentation and record your full model number before acting.
